Barry is a passionate roboticist who has spent the past 12 years looking at how to solve the automated assembly problem in different industries. Prior to the KP Reddy Company, Barry was Senior Director of Robotic Software at Bright Machines where he focused on algorithms and software that allow robots to navigate and adjust precisely, in real time, for advanced manufacturing and assembly tasks in the server and data center space. Before Bright, he worked as Co-CTO at SoftWear Automation where he focused on adaptive robotics in the textile industry with a focus on sewing. He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the Ohio State University.

Lou Perez is the co-founder of Lumber, the AI-powered workforce management platform built for construction. With roots tracing back to the Oregon Trail, Lou comes from generations of builders who helped shape America through construction and agriculture. He grew up on a small family farm that his father and grandfather expanded from just a few acres into 800, while his mom ran the accounting. That mix of field grit and back-office insight gave Lou a front-row seat to the challenges contractors face, from payroll headaches to compliance risks.From professional snowboarding to carpentry, Lou’s career has always been about performance and pushing limits. Jad Chalhoub is Rosendin’s Sr Director of Innovation, leading a multi-disciplinary team focused on fostering innovation throughout the organization. His team focuses on advanced analytics & AI, software development and innovation management. Jad earned his PhD in Construction Technology in 2019 before joining Rosendin.

Siddhant is a construction professional with a background in Project Management. He is currently working with Skanska USA, based in Atlanta. He has worked on construction projects in India and the United States. Siddhant is a part of the Emerging Technology Group and the Data Group at Skanska. He also is the creator of "Constructing Tomorrow" - a YouTube channel where he covers topics with the intersection of Construction and Technology. He has interviewed several Executives, ConTech Founders, and Venture Capitalists within the construction realm. He spends his free time helping students with abroad-studies and breaking into the construction sector in the US.

Joel Hoffman brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction software industry to his role as Director, Product Management (Construction Edition) at Acumatica. Among his responsibilities, he will plan the product solution set to meet customer, partner and market requirements; develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements; collaborate across the organization to increase usability of existing products, as well as developing new products, to satisfy customer needs. Over the years, he has achieved numerous awards and recognition for his success in supporting the efforts in development, support, implementation and sales process for the construction accounting and project management software industry. Specifically, his roles have included Software Solutions Developer, Architect of multiple modules and functions, Custom Software Solutions Manager, Director of Software Development, Sales Engineer, and Product Manager. Hoffman is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Philadelphia Chapter.

Stephen is a Solutions Architect at Lumber, bringing a decade of experience at the intersection of finance, construction, and technology. He began his career as a CPA at EY, where five years of auditing and financial operations work gave him a strong technical foundation. Transitioning into construction consulting, Stephen spent the next five years working both in-house for an electrical contractor and independently advising firms on accounting and operational best practices. This dual background gives him a unique perspective on the financial and technological challenges construction companies face today. At Lumber, he designs solutions that help firms modernize their tech stack, integrate advanced features, and streamline financial processes. Passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, Stephen is dedicated to empowering construction companies with the tools and strategies needed to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and long-term growth.

Dr. Manideep Tummalapudi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Construction Management at California State University, Fresno, where he specializes in construction finance, workforce development, transportation construction, and the use of emerging technologies in the industry. He holds an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in construction management and education sciences from Colorado State University, an M.S. in civil engineering from Bradley University, and a B.Tech. in civil engineering from GITAM University, India. Dr. Tummalapudi has industry experience in both the U.S. and India, acclaimed research contributions, several teaching awards, and is recognized for his innovative work on integrating artificial intelligence and modern educational approaches in construction education.

Dylan John is a Construction Project Manager at Rycon Construction and an Adjunct Professor at Georgia Southern University, where he teaches Construction Technology and Finance to over 120 students each semester. Born and raised in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Dylan’s early exposure to construction through his family’s business laid the foundation for a career defined by curiosity, innovation, and leadership. After earning his master’s degree in construction management at Georgia Southern, Dylan developed a Construction Key Performance Index and began exploring emerging technologies like BIM, drone scanning, and AI-driven workflows. His passion for technology and education led him to co-found Rycon’s Construction Technology Workgroup, a cross-branch initiative focused on evaluating tools and shaping the company’s tech roadmap. At Rycon, Dylan manages multiple projects across diverse sectors while driving technology adoption and integration. His work bridges the gap between field operations and digital transformation, helping teams evolve with the industry. Through his teaching and leadership, Dylan continues to advocate for smarter, more inclusive approaches to construction — ones that attract and empower the next generation of builders.
